2025

The Company established a construction partnership with Indah Kiat Karawang (APP Group) and continued to maintain a strong relationship with PT. EcoOils Jaya Indonesia (a member of Shell) through a series of projects

2024

The Company established a subsidiary company under the name of PT Plaza Paramita Sejahtera domiciled in Central Jakarta

2023

In addition to changing the address of the Head Office, the Company also sold its investment in PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia

2022

The Company conducted a 1:2 stock split of the Company’s shares, resulting in a total of 3,000,000,000 shares.

2019

Established two subsidiaries under the name PT. Paramita Andalan Struktur and PT. Paramita Multi Sarana domiciled in Marunda and South Jakarta

2018

Established a subsidiary named Paramita Bangun Sarana Sdn. Bhd., which is domiciled in Malaysia and invested in PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia

2015

Appointed by PT Energi Sejahtera Mas to Build an Oleochemical factory and facilty compound in Lubuk Gaung

2013

Appointed by PT Ivo Mas Tunggal to construct a kernel crushing plant, bulking station, and jetty in Lubuk Gaung.

2009

Obtained project for phase 1 refinery for PT SMART Tbk in Marunda, Jakarta

2008

Constructed bulking station in Bagendang, Kalimantan Tengah for the capacity of 13,000 MT. In 2015, the Company obtained additional work for a capacity of 15,000 MT.

2002

Established under the name of PT Paramita Bangun Sarana in Jakarta.
