The Company maintains a Whistleblowing System (WBS) as a commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The existence of this reporting system is regulated under the Company's Board of Directors Decree No. 001/PBSD/IR/IX/2017 regarding Whistleblowing System Reporting Guidelines.

Any occurring violation must be reported to the Audit Committee via email at komite.audit@paramita.co.id. Reports can also be submitted through WhatsApp at 0878 8866 2211.
Every report submitted to the Audit Committee will be processed and followed up in coordination with the Internal Audit Department. If the reported allegation is proven true, the reported party will be subject to appropriate action and sanctions in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations
Protection for Whistleblowers
The Company guarantees protection for the whistleblower (protection from pressure, dismissal, cancellation of promotion, etc.) by maintaining the confidentiality of the reporter's identity, provided the report is made in good faith and is not based on defamation.
Number of Reported Violations and Follow-up
During 2023, the Company did not receive any violation complaints.
